Order processing takes between 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent once your order is ready.

US Domestic

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders please note that shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered. A payment of customs and/or duties may be required to release your order before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable. Please be advised that customs and duties are charged by your country.

In the event that you choose to decline the delivery of your order you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges to and from your country. Please note that USPS does charge shipping fees and custom fees in the event that you decline your delivery. The order will be shipped back to the Silent Memo warehouse and you will be contacted for further information and/or instructions.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it within 2 days; please contact the carrier within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
